1.Brief Introduction
The mould thermo regulator can keep the profiled mould at the definite temperature in the process of coming into shape, so as to improve the product quality and productivity. It adopts imported electric appliance, meters and controlling system which are precise and reliable. The protection equipment is also very reliable and rationalized. The temperature is regulated precisely, which is less than 1 centigrade. It can overcome such disadvantage as hollow, melt spoor, and fold and so on. So that reduce the possibility of trouble, improve the utilization ratio and brightness on the product face, stabilize the quality. The mould temperature is stable when nobody operates it.
This mould thermo regulator uses heat conducting oil as its medium. The satisfactory results can be achieved when plastic products need higher forming mould temperature and high precision. It is also suitable for constant temperature controlling needed in treating substandard plastic film.
